The first step after a homeowner reaches out to us is we come to the house and inspect the space to remodel, getting an idea of the scope of the job. We sit down with the client and ask questions to find out their specifications and get a sense of their style. Then we discuss materials and begin to narrow down options during the selection process. That information allows us to create an estimate and draw up blueprints. When approved the construction begins. We do walk-throughs with the customer at several stages in construction to make sure they’re happy with the job, before the electrical and plumbing go in and at the end of the project.
