FREQUENTLY ASKED

QUESTIONS

  • How will I know when my property has dried after a flood?

We have specialized equipment that determines if materials are 100% dry. Just feeling dry to the touch might not be an exact indicator.

  • My carpet was involved in a flood, can it be restored?

There are several factors we take into consideration to determine if carpeting is salvageable. For instance, if it’s contaminated from exposure to sewage, is permanently stained, or has lost adhesion, it may not be salvageable. We do our best to save carpeting whenever possible.

  • Should I be concerned about mold in my basement?

Yes, if mold is not addressed it can cause structural damage to the home as well as health concerns to anyone exposed to it.

  • Can I do my own clean up after a fire?

Our trained professionals have the products and equipment to determine salvageability of your things, accomplish debris removal and diagnose and clean air quality to create the conditions for a complete restoration. We also speak the same language as the insurance adjustors and you can rely on us to help facilitate a claim so you get the fullest amount possible.

  • How far will you go for jobs?

We will work with homes and businesses within a 1.5 hour radius of Wooster.

  • Do I have enough insurance to cover the loss?

Just as every insurance policy is different, every claim is also different. We recommend that homeowners check with their insurance agent before a leak or flood happens. The cost of construction materials has risen over the past several years and you may not be fully covered. Paying a few extra dollars per month could save you thousands if something happens. When a catastrophe does occur, we go the extra mile in working with the insurance companies to make sure you receive the fullest extent of your claim.
