WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE CLEAR PATH REMEDIATION FOR YOUR

— FIRE DAMAGE EMERGENCY? —

Even small fires can cause major and lasting damage to a home or business. For bigger fires, with toxic smoldering fumes, it may not be safe to remain in the home while CPR remediates. After doing an inspection and assessment, we will make that determination. The health and safety of the homeowner is our first priority, followed by the decisions of which things in the home can be saved and its structure remains sound going forward.

LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED

Unlike the national franchises we compete with, our home-grown technicians are as service-oriented as they are highly trained and certified within the industry. We think of clients as people, and not mere jobs.

QUALITY SERVICE BY CERTIFIED TECHS AT A FAIR PRICE

Oftentimes water damage caused when the Fire Department douses a home is also a factor in our remediation. Since it can lead to mold growth, solving water damage issues is detrimental to solving fire damage issues. Our advanced equipment allows us to handle extensive damage in a shorter amount of time, at a fair price.

QUICK TURN-AROUND TIME

Fire damage involves more steps in the process than water damage. We do our best to put the optimal number of technicians on the job to first asses damage, then remove furniture and debris to begin restoration.

FAQS

  • I’ve had a small fire in my home, can’t I just clean it up myself?

Damage caused by fire, smoke and soot should be professionally removed and remediated. If not properly treated, this can actually cause damage and the odor can worsen over time.

  • How long do you think the clean-up will take?

Generally speaking, fire restoration is more complicated and takes longer than water restoration. And in many cases, we are dealing with both fire and water damage, when the Fire Department has been called to put it out and doused the home with high-pressure water hoses.

  • Can you save my furniture?

With smoke and soot, it’s often trickier to save furniture after a fire. That’s why we’ve invested in state-of-the-art equipment to address this. We will remove affected furniture from your home and take back to our headquarters to treat it. We appreciate how valued your things are and do our best to save what we can. Everything is properly documented to help with a successful insurance claim.

  • Am I covered for mold remediation in my home insurance policy?

You may or may not. Every policy is different. We recommend checking your policy before you need it. If you do have coverage in your policy, we work with the insurance adjustors to make sure you receive the fullest amount allowed by your coverage.
